Cancellation Before Shipment

Order once placed can only be canceled within 4 hours from placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on [email protected] or call us on +91 9679150072. In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you after deducting transaction fee within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.

Returns

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

– The product must be returned without any scratches or damage in the original condition.

– It must be returned in its original packaging sealed and unused.

– An amount of Rs 200 or 2% of the order amount [Whichever is higher] will be deducted for any kind of return. (shipping and handling charges for return).

– No refunds unless the products received are damaged.

– Any item less than Rs 1000 cannot be returned unless received in a damaged condition.

– In Case Of DOA (Death On Arrival), The Customer has to send there product to the respective service center (call us for the nearby center details). We will assist in claiming the warranty fixing the issue in a timely manner.

If you receive a broken/damaged product (EXCLUDING DEATH ON ARRIVAL), or if the wrong order was shipped to you (Which never happened)Techbooze (techbooze.in)  offer a free replacement of the same model provided it is in stock and you had provided sufficient proof of damage without tempering it. If the product is out of stock,  Techbooze (techbooze.in)  will offer store credit.  Techbooze (techbooze.in) will cover the cost of returns for broken, damaged products or if the wrong product was shipped to you.

(do not open packaging if you got wrong product mistakenly otherwise Techbooze (techbooze.in) will not be liable to process return or refund).

Techbooze (techbooze.in) have the rights to take legal actions if (But Not Limited To)

  • The customer is trying any unethical method to place an order.
  • If a customer opens dispute after the successful delivery of the product.
  • If a customer attempt to exploit the website to place an order.
  • If the customer uses fake or stolen credit/debit card.
  • If the customer stops payments from the banking system after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment after deducting the transaction fee, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [[email protected] and send your item to the respective brand service center near you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over ₹15,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
